Create Jewelry: Glass: Brilliant Designs to Make and Wear

We received a lovely surprise in the mail today after the Thai New Year break. It seems some of Shiana's unique goodies are featured in Create Jewelry: Glass by Marlene Blessing and Jamie Hogsett. Yay!

The book is gorgeous! It's 120 full-color pages of top notch photography for inspiration and plenty of information (not just about glass beads either.) We're in quite a few of the 20 beading projects, including my favorite "Sweet Treat" where the black antler headpins are woven with juicy looking beads to look like forest berries.

Creative, right? I thought so!

Create Jewelry: Glass: Brilliant Designs to Make and Wear is available at the Interweave Book Store for $22.95.

I love the summary you put for your work. They describe your work very well. When I first see your creation, it strikes me

immediately is the colors. It is so strong and beautiful. You have very good sense of colors and details and skills of sewing.

Good work!
